The "Association des Radio Amateurs Tunisiens" – ARAT is delighted to be the host of the 20th High Speed Telegraphy (HST) World Championship 2024.

Scheduled

from October 9th to 13th, the Championship will be held in Yasmine Hammamet, situated on the Mediterranean coast, approximately 60 km south of the capital, Tunis.

About HST

The World Championships of Highspeed Telegraphy (HST) are organized every two years by the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU-R1), the World association of radioamateurs.

The "Association des Radio Amateurs Tunisiens" – ARAT is delighted to be the host of the 20th High Speed Telegraphy (HST) World Championship.

We extend a warm invitation to teams, individuals, and visitors from across the globe to participate in this event.

Scheduled from October 9th to 13th, the Championship will be held in Yasmine Hammamet, situated on the Mediterranean coast, approximately 60 km south of the capital, Tunis.

01. Hosting

Lella Baya & Thalasso Hotel, a 4-Stars Hotel

The Lella Baya & Thalasso Hotel is characterized by a blend of modern and traditional architecture. It is located just a few meters from the new Medina in the tourist resort of Yasmine Hammamet, facing the sea, and covers a total area of 2.3 hectares, with 20% dedicated to green areas.

• Distance from Tunis-Carthage Airport: 70 km (45 minutes transfer).

• Distance from Monastir Airport: 105 km (1 hour transfer).

• Distance from Enfidha-Hammamet Airport: 45 km (35 minutes transfer).

The hotel offers a variety of room types to cater to different accommodation needs. The total number of rooms is 245. All rooms are equipped with separate beds, and family rooms feature a large bed. Additional beds can be provided upon request. Each room includes two wardrobes, a fully-equipped bathroom with a hairdryer, and a separate toilet. The family rooms boast marble bathrooms. Amenities in all rooms consist of an LCD TV, satellite channels, telephone, safe (at an additional cost), mini-fridge, air conditioning, central heating, and a balcony. The approximate room size, including the balcony or terrace, is 40m² or more, while family rooms offer a spacious 80m². These well-appointed rooms provide guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, ensuring a range of amenities and ample space for relaxation.
